30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at spookyera.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or isn't working correctly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
